Sort of resembles Rodgers but looks too happy. Has anyone noticed how Georgia QB Carson Beck in his eye shadow looks like the late Ted Cassidy playing 'Lurch'?

Would you mind just going over what effect this has? So if he retires at the end of next year he goes on counting against the cap for several years more, and if we cut him all of his money would be due immediately. What else?

If he retires after next year, the cap hit accelerates and all money owed will count against the cap in 26. If he is willing to retire post June 1 either year, dead cap can be spread over 2 years.
The biggest impact will be any changes in the FO and CS. No quality GM or coach will take the job here if Adams remains. Besides the Jets,no other team had interest in him

Thanks for explaining that. Do you mean 'if Rodgers remains', Adams showed some heart against the Colts and I understand he is on a one year deal anyway.

Yes.
Adams is under contract for 2 more years with no guarantees. He is due $36.5 million each year so he will be released unless he agrees to a massive pay cut.
