Your comment is ridiculous. If anything, Gore brings exactly the kind of professionalism if you're looking to change the culture of the team. The guy is nothing but professional and the type of player you want your young players to emulate. He's clearly at the end of a damn good career, but 600 yards is nothing st sneeze at at age 36. I believe that he is precisely the type of mentor you want for your RB room. I've always liked Gore. He's a future HOF RB. Now, I want to be fair, I have no idea what the plan is for him. He's 37. I'm not crazy about this signing only because I don't think it was necessary. On the other hand, I don't hate it either. He's a locker room leader and can help build that culture. I don't believe he would do anything on the field this year that could change the outcome of a game. He can take some carries from Bell, be in short yardage packages, etc.
Bottom line it's a one year deal, doesn't break the bank and he's been a great player and leader in his career. Signing Gore doesn't hurt the team in any way, and can only help. So I'm fine with it.
