Great news Winston Hill in the Pro hall of fame

Man he was the go to guy for the Jets in the 60's & early 70"s A great pass & run blocker. I thought time may have forgot him but it looks like it has not. Sorry it took so long to get in as he has passed on.

You know that Jets team had Namath, Maynard, Sauer, Grantham, Hill, Philbin & Elliott as all time players. They had Schmitt, Sample, Biggs, Atkinson, Hudson & Baird , Rasmussen & Boozer & Snell as really good players...why Jim Turner is not in the jets Ring is a mystery

Have been wondering about the why not for Klecko, and the only reasons I can come up with are no championship, didn't play a glamour position, and maybe steroids. Hate to assume that, but he looked like a guy who could've juiced. He was unblockable and all-pro at several positions (DE/DT/NT). Great player!

Think he only made all pro twice . First as RDT, second time as NT but playing multiple positions may actually be what's kept him out so far. Had he played one position, he'd be looked at the top 1or two at that position and would have been in first ballot. He definitely deserves to be enshrined apnd alot of HOFers who played against him have become vocal about that. This would have been a great year to see him enshrined.
