NOTE: I have DT Jeffery Simmons (ACL) and WR Marquise Brown (Lisfranc) sliding to RD 2 due to recent surgeries.

01. CARDINALS - Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma
Mayfield and Murray, short and shorter, are both from the same program, the Oklahoma Sooners. If Murray performs as well as Mayfield did in his rookie season, next years #1 Overall Pick will be the ghost of Eddie Gaedel. As for Josh Rosen, I have him going to the Giants for their 2nd RD Pick, #37 Overall.
02. RAIDERS - Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State
According to the draft value chart there is an 800 Points difference between 2nd and 4th Overall. The Raiders second first round pick, #24 Overall, is worth 740 Points. The Raiders swap #4 for #2 to secure the best 4-3 DE in the draft and send the 49ers #24 as well, which is actually a bargain. Maybe the Raiders throw in a later round pick too. Bosa is a better fit than Allen at 4-3 DE in my view.
03. JETS - Josh Allen, ER, Kentucky
When the Jets hired DC Gregg Williams it was automatically assumed they would be switching to a base 4-3, but the Jets have decided to remain in a base 3-4 instead. That said, after getting stiffed by Anthony Barr a 3-4 RUSH OLB remains their biggest need on defense as it has been for well over a decade. Not since John Abraham have they had an elite 3-4 edge rusher. Josh Allen is tailor-made for the position and he grades out as a potential elite edge rusher in the 3-4. Allen is a better fit than Bosa at 3-4 OLB in my view.
04. BRONCOS - Quinnen Williams, DT, Alabama
The 49ers make another trade, dealing the 4th Overall Pick to Denver for #10 Overall and the Broncos 2nd and 5th RD Picks, #43 and #146 Overall. Along with the 24th Overall Pick from the Raiders, this would give the 49ers four picks in the TOP 43 as well as the 5th RD Pick they were missing. For a team in the midst of a massive rebuilding project this would be ideal for the 49ers. No one player will make them contenders, but this kind of haul might. As for Denver, DT is a glaring hole in their defense and Q is an absolute monster.
05. BUCS - Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State
Haskins is everything that Winston isn't. Physically he is a prototypical pocket passer with a strong arm. Haskins delivered 50 TD passes in 2018 compared to only 8 INT's. Last but not least, Haskins is smart and shows real leadership skills. As for Winston, if the Bucs take a QB expect them to put the "FOR SALE" sign out on Winston, but don't expect much in return. No-one is overpaying for this immature, overrated headache.
06. GIANTS - Montez Sweat, ER, Mississippi State
The Giants need D-linemen and an edge rusher. In the 3-4 an OLB who can get after the QB and set the edge carries greater positional value than DL's. That said, so long as Sweat is medically cleared from this supposedly minor heart condition, which I believe is minor otherwise the NFL would not have allowed him compete at the combine (OBTW he proceeded to blow-up the combine with ridiculous speed and athleticism for his size and he had the production in college to validate it), he is a perfect fit for Giants.
07. JAGUARS - TJ Hockenson, TE, Iowa
If you watched the Eagles at all then you should know Nick Foles loved to go to his TE, Zach Ertz. So much so that Ertz ranked second in the league in receptions in 2018, and that includes WR's. Hock is the best combo TE in the draft. As a receiver he's a bull in a china closet, and as a blocker it's almost like having another OT on the field.
08. LIONS - Rashan Gary, DE, Michigan
The Lions keep Gary in Michigan and hope to coach him up so his sack totals will match his ridiculous physical attributes. Gary opposite Trey Flowers can be a terrific combination of bookend 4-3 DE's if the light ever goes on for Gary. Boom or Bust.
09. BILLS - Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State
In my view Dillard is the best pass-pro LT (as in, a virtual lock to remain at LT at the next level) in this draft. That's always a good thing to have, particularly when you have a young potential franchise QB to protect. If I'm the Bills I take Dillard in this spot and move Dion Dawkins to RT.
10. 49ERS - DK Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss
Contrary to popular opinion D-line is not the 49ers biggest need, WR is, by a country mile. The addition of Dee Ford gave SF the luxury of trading down (twice), acquiring more draft picks, then hopefully filling their biggest need if Jimmy G. (or Mullens) is going to be given his best chance to succeed. Pair Metcalf with TE George Kittle and now you have mismatches for DB's at both positions, WR and TE. Needless to say Metcalf is a size, strength and speed freak, a Batman suit who runs in the 4.3's. Boom or Bust.
11. BENGALS - Drew Lock, QB, Missouri
Everyone will be expecting the Bengals to take Devin White if he slides to 11, but new HC's normally like to start by picking their own QB and don't be surprised if Zac Taylor does likewise, particularly with Dalton breaking down physically. Lock is a big, strong pocket passer with a cannon for an arm.
12. PACKERS - Devin White, ILB, LSU
Had the Packers not invested so heavily in OLB in free agency the pick here would have been Brian Burns, and it still might be, but right now ILB looks like the more immediate need and White is terrific value at 12 as well. Another player I would have considered is Ed Oliver if the Packers played a 4-3.
13. DOLPHINS - Ed Oliver, DT, Houston
Miami has needs all over the place and DT is one of them. Since Oliver is the highest rated player on my board in this spot it wasn't a tough decision at all. As for QB, if the Bucs do draft Haskins, Winston can be had on the cheap. Or perhaps they can make the best offer for Josh Rosen.
14. FALCONS - Christian Wilkins, DT, Clemson
Wilkins and Grady Jarrett could be a deadly combination inside.
15. REDSKINS - Brian Burns, ER, Florida State
It's still too soon for Daniel Jones in my view, but they could be in the running for Rosen or Winston as well, should the Bucs take a QB at #5. That said, they lost Preston Smith to the Packers and IMO Brian Burns is an upgrade for far less money than GB paid for Smith. Everyone expected Burns to be liter, but he showed up at the combine a sturdy 6' 5"/250 and proceeded to run in the low 4.5's. Burns is an absolute blur off the edge.
16. PANTHERS - Jonah Williams, OL, Alabama
The Panthers can use an upgrade at LT and definitely at OG. Jonah has Pro Bowl potential at Guard, but he played LT at Alabama and I wouldn't be so sure he can't play LT in the NFL as well. But again, at worse he fills a big need for the Panthers at OG and he's a plug-and-play O-lineman from day one.
17. GIANTS - Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida
Wheeler is an okay starter at RT, but he's more of what Parcells used to call a 'hold the fort guy', meaning he's good enough to hold the fort until you can find a real upgrade at the position. JT is a real upgrade at RT, big-time.
18. VIKINGS - Devin Bush, ILB, Michigan
Bush is a speedy linebacker who I see as a better fit at WLB in the 4-3 than ILB. Ben Gedeon is nice depth, but Bush would be an enormous upgrade.
19. TITANS - Clelin Ferrell, ER, Clemson
Orakpo has retired and Cameron Wake is 37 years old. It's time to draft a young edge rusher and Ferrell is a nice fit at 3-4 OLB.
20. STEELERS - Greg Little, OT, Ole Miss
The Steelers desperately need an upgrade at RT and they need it now. Greg Little can fill that spot with the potential to move to LT in the future.
21. SEAHAWKS - Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
Doug Baldwin will reportedly need another surgery so Russell Wilson will need another playmaker in the passing game.
22. RAVENS - Garrett Bradbury, C, NC State
This kid is not only the best Center in this draft, by far, he could be one of the best Centers in football for the next decade.
23. TEXANS - Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
OT is a huge area of concern for the Texans. If you like your O-linemen big, strong and mean, Kaleb McGary is your man.
24. 49ERS - N'Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State
The 49ers had nothing at WR entering this draft. If they trade down, add valuable picks and come away with DK Metcalf and N'Keal Harry, after adding RB Tevin Coleman, all to join Pro Bowl TE George Kittle, this offense can instantly be transformed from anemic to scary in one off-season.
25. EAGLES - Tytus Howard, OT, Alabama State
LT Jason Peters is 37 years old, tore his ACL & MCL in 2017, and he's a shell of his former self. The Eagles don't have Nick Foles around to bail them out anymore if Carson Wentz gets hurt, so they better keep him healthy. Tytus is the best small school LT in the draft and he could sneak into the 1st RD because LT is a premium position and there aren't too many to choose from in this class.
26. COLTS - Dexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson
Their defense needs a lot of work and a 3-4 NT is one of their biggest needs. Lawrence is a 6' 4"/340 Pound NT straight out of central casting.
27. RAIDERS - Josh Jacobs, RB, Alabama
There's a reason why Isaiah Crowell is on his third team in as many years. He's a nice #2 RB who occasionally shows spurts of excellence, but he is not a feature back you can rely on week after week. Josh Jacobs, OTOH, has feature back written all over him, as a runner, receiver and blocker.
28. CHARGERS - Cody Ford, OL, Oklahoma
The Chargers need an upgrade at RT and OG. Ford is 330 Pounds and would represent an upgrade at RT, RG or LG, wherever he's needed most.
29. CHIEFS - Greedy Williams, CB, LSU
The Chiefs lost both of their starting edge rushers, Ford and Houston, but the value at Corner is significantly higher than any ER left on the board.
30. PACKERS - Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
6' 0"/205 and ran a 4.31 at the combine. That speed definitely transfers to the football field in pads.
31. RAMS - Irv Smith Jr., TE, Alabama
Another weapon for Jared Goff wouldn't hurt, particularly a TE/H-Back with nice speed and a high ceiling.
32. PATRIOTS - Hakeem Butler, WR, Iowa State
With Gronk retiring the Patriots will be hoping for Hock, Fant or Smith, but with all three off the board the Pats get Brady a big/fast Wideout.
