With that being said their have been alot of discussion on new gm hires and head coach hires.

However the HC is will decide that so what I think really doesn't matter mainly because any excellent OC will either stay with their team or get a HC job.. Unless a HC is fired with his staff and a good OC is looking for a job but in that case we would need a GM/HC in place fast in order to hire him..

Nearly impossible to do. Most OC's are currently under contract. If their boss is fired, usually they are also fired. Right now they are talking about possibly 10 HC's being fired. Might be a lot of OC's either getting promoted, or looking for work

i assume alot of oc's if thier boss is fired might also take jobs at college's
