The New Jersey Jets are playing at home this Sunday, 12/1/24. They're hosting the 6-5 Seattle Sea Hawks. Depending on which site you check, either the Jets or the Sea Hawks are predicted to win.

We long-suffering Jets fans have ceased to concern ourselves with the odds. We'll enjoy our beer and snacks, chatting about this and that, patiently waiting for the 4th quarter 2 minute warning. At that point we'll begin to pay attention to the game. In fact, we'll be watching closely to see how the Jets will manage to drop yet another one. Some of the ways it can happen are truly amazing, though this week Chicago's time management was, well, it just was. Their head coach also. He's also a was.

Hi, TCT!

This time the Jets, along with the defensive team packing it in for the fourth quarter, also remembered to make use of that old favorite: 12 men on the field. Been a while since they've used that one.

And here come the Dolphins. Lions and tigers and dolphins. Oh my!

The Dolphins, playing at home. are roughly a touchdown favorites. That's not surprising. The New York Mets would probably be a touchdown favorite and yes, I know they're a baseball team.

The thing we Jets fans will be watching for is how the Jets will go about the business of losing this time. Will it be by throwing four touchdown passes resulting in Dolphin scores? Will their front offensive five go on strike at halftime? Will their defensive team double-cover the Dolphins center and right guard?

I can hardly wait.

Go, Gang Green!
