Finally. This guy has lived off one good trade and one good draft. Now we can start to move on from this mess that he created. Timing is stupid, but it makes Woody happy.

Woody jumped the gun on firing Saleh, he should have given him the season and then make the decision (so many moving parts, so much to figure out, expecting instant success was just beyond unrealistic).
So now his face is covered with egg that his decision completely backfired, so he adds another decision to (make it look like he's doing something). We would have been better off if he stayed in London and "did nothing"
Bigger changes need to be made than this
Woody selling the team is the critical priority, but there's little hope for that

He promised a rebuilt line and to solve that issue. 5+ years later, he hasn't fixed shit!

Firing Saleh was the right move at the wrong time. Should have happened last off season or after this season. His teams always lacked discipline and accountability. Commiting costly penalties at the worst possible time and were almost always poorly prepared to play.
Joe Douglas had to go, and it was forced on the Jets for it to be now. Can't have a GM who is more focused on his next job then carrying out the most basic tasks of your current one. Like forgetting to sign your new kicker to the roster. Now he can properly search for a new home in Baltimore
