Jets have 3 starters on the OL w/ 70+ run blocking grades

what I gathered GVR is 58.6 & George Fant is a 63.7... just fyi...

before Becton got hurt his run ranking was 87.4...

So we have 2 guys out there that are dragging the rest of the line down! Get rid of them and the line should be solid

can not disregard the facts when the Jets run to the outside of Fant they go no where when they run behind AVT either inside the "A" or "B" gap they are able to get good yardage...

but the opposite side when the run the "A" gap it depends if Connor McGovern picks the right guy to block otherwise GVR will be eaten up on his assignment...

running to the right outside the backs are able usually to turn the corner and pick up yardage...

the problem right now is not George Fant because he is really out there for pass protection... the problem on this OL is GVR... remove him and both the run blocking and the pass protection will take a big leap forward...

this team/coaches need to admit and make changes even if it is benching GVR for his mouth and substitute with someone like Chuma or even their guy Isaiah Williams...

Hopefully that’s one of the few changes that we’re made to the offense, during the bye.

the blocking scheme depends on a player's spatial awareness not physical attributes so yes hoping they worked on the schematic part of the game plan and hope the best player steps on the field I just don't feel confident this team will make that change, then we will be here asking when Wilson is hurt placed on IR why didn't you make the change when you saw he sucked and could not perform his job...
