Jets having tryout Tuesday today at Florham Park

As of 10/24/2021, the following guys haven't been signed off of the FA wires:
1.) QB- Cam Newton, but we traded a pick to rent a QB for possibly 2 games...think about that.
2.) G- Dave DeCastro; banged up for certain, but DD on a wheel and a cane is better than GVR.
3.) T's...Schwartz, Okung, and Wagner... @gmf1369, i already know they are Tackles, but if you're going to try out a scrub from the Bears at RG, at least give these guys a shot.
there are two sets of guys on a roster like ours...
1.) young guys who are trying to prove themselves.
2.) vets who, on a team like ours, just want to get out alive.
IMHO, if you're not signing guys who have played at a high level in the past in the hopes of getting a few games at a high level now, FOR VIRTUALLY $0.00, then you are sending a message to both groups.
1.) to the youngsters...it's ok to lose!
2.) to the vets...stay safe, and get your contract completed!
