I thought he was looking into that matter today because when I came back to the house he was playing on my computer. Turns out that watching cat porn was more interesting........................... Just kidding. The rumor mill says that Glen might want to give Rogers another season maybe because there aren't many better options out there...and....there's a but.....they don't yet know if he even wants to play another season and the decision should ultimately be made by both the HC and GM. Since the GM has not yet taken his place on the staff that subject is temporarily on the shelf.

Moggy was part of the organisation that picked up Zach Wilson. Maybe he will offer Denver a third to put the Rodgers-Wilson tandem together again.

Wilson does have all the physical talent to be a franchise QB. It's the mental aspect of the game that alludes him. So......I'm guessing that they thought that they could teach him that when no one else had been able too.

I’m sure our new GM and coach have had conversations about the status of Aaron and Devante in the interview process . Aaron has said he’d like to finish with the Jets if he decides he wants to continue which all point to he does . Devante has also stated he’d like to come back .
Start building around these two vets is the best situation possible.

But this IS the nub of it. Rodgers wasn't brought in three years ago to build for the future, he was brought in to win now. If he comes back for one more year, he is the guy most likely to get seven or eight wins. But in 2026 we have a new QB with a different offense and a $63 million cap hit which is one fifth of our cap, with a lot of talent to sign.

Run it back with the initial intentions of playoffs and a shot to win it all or …
Scrub it with a scrub QB and hope for 5 wins and look competitive for the next 4 years ?

If it makes you feel better about building around these end of career guys think of it like this.................I don't believe Lazard, not that he's an end of career guy, will make the roster this season. He has a terrible disease.........dropsitis. Rogers and Adams are place holders. Mogan Moses will be replaced in the draft. Hopefully we can get more youth on the roster while we have the vets to help bring them up to speed. Let's see what happens at the end of training camp. But I do see where you are coming from.

Brave guy. This is not exactly a great situation for a fledgling GM. Maybe He surprises?
Hell, JD had that great draft and most thought We were golden at GM.
Then Woody came back and effed it up.
I was hoping the Cowboys hired Saleh and put the final nail in that Franchises coffin.
Too bad.
I've never heard of this guy.
