Jets might as well lose the rest of their games and play Petty the rest of the way through. Let's see if Petty is the answer and if he is, use that top 5 pick on an RB or some other well needed explosive position. If Petty isn't the answer, then it's obvious where they should go!!!

they might not have the choice too, no continuity other then the defensive line... secondary, linebackers, offensive line, receivers and most important quarterback are not even NFL prepared to compete...

I think I had more faith in Kotite than i do in this guy. The only good news out of tonight is apparently Woody is still conscious. Hopefully, but i doubt it, he pulls the plug on this guy at the end of the year. I think we are witnessing something historic. I do not ever remember a more uncompetitive team than this one has been the last four weeks. I would not be shocked if the Browns blew us out. The three most important positions in football are QB (we have the worst), the coach (we have the worst) and the GM (the jury is still out). We may have the perfect storm brewing.

This season is definitely lost. Teams that go 1-5 to start the season almost never make the playoffs. So I say it's time to see what we have for the future.

So, with all those needs being very obvious, the Jets will take either a defensive lineman or a quarterback "project" with their first pick.

Now that Geno is starting, maybe we will run the table. Lol, NOT!!! I'm just happy someone else is on the field other then that hack Fitz. Now if Geno flops and most likely he will, then we'll see Petty which is great. Time to see what the youngsters can do so we will know where we go next year in the draft.

I hate it when I'm thinking about the draft this early in the season, but here goes. Lets say we finish with a bad enough record to warrant a top 5 pick, what are we looking for with that pick? One of the 3 QB's (Kizer, Watson or Kaaya), Fournette at RB, stud LT Cam Robinson or a stud pass rusher like Myles Garrett? I think a lot of it depends on what we see from the young QBs from here out. If one or both of them looks like they can be the guy, then I think you have to build the offense around him/them. A stud OT would be a great building block, and an impact/bell cow RB who can take the pressure off a young QB would also be appealing.
