Jets offensive coordinator John Morton will remain with the team amid speculation that he was being considered for the Raiders' offensive coordinator job.
Raiders head coach Jon Gruden confirmed that he hired former Rams offensive coordinator Greg Olson to join his staff in Oakland.
Morton, who previously worked with Gruden in Oakland, just completed his first season as Jets' offensive coordinator after taking over for Chan Gailey. Morton coached the San Francisco 49ers from 2011-2014 before a coaching stint with the Saints from 2015-2016.
The Jets finished the season 28th in total offense, averaging 305.2 yards per game.
