Jets restructure James Carpenter deal

Per Twitter: the Jets converted $3.69M of G James Carpenter's $4.45M base salary in 2016 into a signing bonus, creating $2.46M in cap space.

I am sure more restructuring will follow.

Good move to free up a little room. As you say a few to go & a few cuts ....we will have some cap room.
