Why such trust ?

I think Glenn is a good coach and Mougey is a good talent evaluator. I like the FA moves. All Guys with upside, signed as rotational pieces who will complete for playing time. Competition, discipline,2 things successful teams have that this franchise has lacked since Parcels. Did want the splashy 50 mil per year 30 something free agents who have to play due to salary, even if that meant sitting talented players.
It's just like when I was banging the table for this team to sign Trey Hendrickson in 2020 and the Google search crew said he sucks but didn't see his production vs snap count. He has since become one of the best DE in the league.

While I'm not as optimistic as TonyFtLaud in terms of production for Reynolds I think We are missing the point of His signing. I didn't know he had all that happen to him in such a short time. Wow. Talk about a bad year. I'm gonna be pulling for this Kid.
Back to the signing. As We all know, new HC's always bring in "their guys". AR did it.
Reynolds is simply that imo. He will hopefully ease the transition to the Regime. Hope he has a great year. After last season he's due some positive vibes.

Exactly right. He produced in their system. He is a locker room presence for the young guys. On a one year deal. Ans arguably the 3rd best receiver on the roster. Lazard will likely be released come June 1. He is a role player.no more no less

He is a great pass blocker and actually had better production than Lazard in 22&23 plus he is 9 million dollars cheaper and doesn't count towards compensatory picks

Mougey said as much in his press conference yesterday. They are trying to get him to accept considerably less than his current contact. He will be on the roster until June 1 at a minimum. He generated 0 trade interest, keeping him rostered will also limit his opportunities as teams will have their rosters set. I'm fine with keeping him at 4-5 million.
