According to nfl.com the league are proposing improved draft picks for franchises that select a 'minority' HC or GM. No improved picks for those who select white guys as running backs though. The Jets have had two 'minority' HCs in recent years and Ozzie Newsome is widely recognised as one of the best GMs in the game. Could it be that the reason more 'minority' guys aren't in these positions is that they lack the abilty, just as in the case of the average white RB?
