Mike has solid speed. He has impressive change of direction. He has very fluid hips and excellent body control overall. He has excellent acceleration. Better than average explosion. Great footwork through his breaks. Solid through his double moves. He flashes excellent hand work to get past the defender.

Mike works the sideline very well. He does a great job keeping both feet in. He has strong hands, above average consistency making catches. He shows ability to make catches through contact. He offers very solid deep threat ability. He attacks the catch point and has the speed to make things happend from the slot.

Areas for Improvement

Harley Jr. typically goes down after first contact. He is not a great run blocker. He does not have the size nor strength to be effective. He is more of a liability as a blcoker than anything else.

Harley Jr. was a consensus four-star wide receiver prospect by 247Sports, ESPN, Rivals and Scout. Took part in the U.S. Army All-American Game…Ranked as the 24th-best player in the state of Florida according to Rivals. As a true freshman, he saw action in 11 games with five starts.

Harley Jr. saw action in all 13 games with four starts. Tied for third on team with 21 receptions and totaled 240 receiving yards with long reception of 42 yards during his sophomore campaign. Following year, junior season he saw action in all 13 games and made four starts. Ranked second on team with 38 receptions and third with 485 receiving yards. Posted three touchdowns and long reception of 41 yards.

Senior campaign, Mike Harley Jr. compiled best year of career, starting nine of 11 games and finishing with team-high 799 receiving yards on team-best 57 receptions.
