Took part in the U.S. Army All-American Game…Ranked as the 24th-best player in the state of Florida according to Rivals. As a true freshman, he saw action in 11 games with five starts. Harley Jr. saw action in all 13 games with four starts. Tied for third on team with 21 receptions and totaled 240 receiving yards with long reception of 42 yards during his sophomore campaign.
