What a great dude. This is pretty devastating. When he asked fans for a kidney that was the signal of how bad it was.

There is no fake with him. Never has been. He will tell you and show you exactly how he feels. Got to love that in today’s world.
I saw a post about him on Facebook last week, asking for a kidney donation. I thought him to be too young for a primary cause of kidney failure - diabetes. I didn't know his cause was genetic. I thought it might have been caused by injury.
As a dialysis patient, I understand what he went through.
