Yeah you're right. His teammates voted him captain in college. Oh wait no they didn't. Zach was blown up by the Pats and nobody gave a shit. His teammates also would rather another QB, but yeah they don't hate them. Its doesn't matter. The better QB is now playing and the team will play way harder for him.

I believe they respect his action to take responsibility for his shitty play, but that doesn’t mean they like him. I think they would have had way more respect for him if he would have taken the blame immediately for their loss to the Pats.

And I don’t think they actually hate him as a person. They just hate him as a QB. We will see how this shakes out, but if White plays half as good as he did last week then it will still be way better than Zach has ever played. I wish Zach was good because otherwise we wasted that pick, but I really hope White is the right guy. I just want to win and seeing the WR’s after last week gave me more hope that this team can make a run to the playoffs.

I would expect the players to say that to the press. No point in saying you hate him because if White and Flacco get injured Zach is next man up.
