We get bears knocking over our garbage regularly. They are a pain in the ass. I go out and yell at them. They lumber into the woods, stop, and look back at you with a sad face

That's my fall and winter activity. Try to put enough venison and bear meat in the freezer each season to get the family through til next season. We eat a lot of wild game, healthy with no human added chemicals.

After my experience I decided to track a bear (you know fall off a horse get back on) thing. So I found one & went up to it. Spit in its face. Cussed it. And figured if I punched it in the nose I would be safe. I wound up & hit him as hard as I can. He never fliched........was I scared hell no. Until the owner of the lodge came in & said what are you doing to my bear head.

LOL. Oldie but a Goodie. Mine had a different punchline: The owner came out of the store and yelled "Hey Asshole, what the Hell are you doing to My Wooden Bear ?"
