Lindstrom notes from several sources: He has issues with flexibility and balance, bending at his back instead of sinking with his hips. This prevents him from maintaining his anchor. He has potential but is not ready at this time to plug n play.

On O'neal same sources: Tightness causes him to round breaks and turns. — Limited top-end speed. Receivers can easily run by when he's out of position at times, and he lacks recovery.

O'Neal is a bad man. He isn't a covering safety. this is an in the box monster.

That Linderbaum arm length will be an issue. While he is bigger, I still have memories of Mick Tinglehoff being thrown around like a rag doll by Curley Culp in SB IV.
