He has the wheels to take the top off when in open space and shows ability to break arm tackles... Also a weapon out of the backfield, was limited in 2020 because he shared the backfield with Scottie Phillips but this year got to elevate his overall stock...

I like the makeup similar to Moore comment.

I was already a fan... having both Carter and either will be a lot like Johnny Hector and Freeman at the same time in the sense they have the same attributes.

yep that is the reason for it...
but the top two choices I keep hearing go back to Ole Miss and Cincy...

Ty Chandler flashes initial burst and good lateral quickness to sidestep defenders or bounce runs outside with very good foot quickness. He displays very good feel as an inside and outside runner with above average vision to make sharp cuts - good patience· and footwork to pick through defenses. But I think he would better be served another year at the collegiate level to better increase his vision.
