We will find out soon enough, but reports coming out now of all the disfunction will scare away the good ones IMO.
True, but, anyone smart enough for the job is also smart enough to know that most of that reported dysfunction was bogus. It's reporter bullshit season, after all. Lafleur was not cutting it calling plays, which is why there's an opening in the first place, and maybe being frustrated with that Moore in a heated moment said what some reporter claims he said. Most of us have at one time or another said things under the stress of frustration that we really wish we hadn't said. The claims about Zach Wilson have since been proven publicly to be a blatant lie, other than the fact that he played terribly and the guys preferred White for that reason. The team is going to address that QB position so that should not be much of a concern at this point. There are some experienced play callers being interviewed along with the potential first timers. A couple of these, admittedly puzzle me. I can only hope they choose wisely and correctly. If, BIG IF, they do I can see no reason to not be very optimistic about the outcome of next season.
