Saying a player would accept a trade to a contender is pretty ambiguous IMO. Was he asked that as a question? Did JD ask his camp this?

There is nothing in a statement like that, that actually says the player or his camp requested a trade.

If Jets are taking calls, you know teams are talking to the agent, feeling out possible extensions. Never requested a trade, nor demanded a trade as suggested here in other threads. Hence neither party is lying.

Agents actually do alot for players. Pay for their pre draft training ,housing, meals ,etc. Negotiate multi million dollar contracts. Very complicated contracts and receive a max 3% commission. No where near your 20%.....
