My guess is another LBO with irresponsibly prepared hockey stick cash flow models without sensitivity analysis and the debt just cannot be serviced

There were so many of these deals during the rise of greed and fall in corporate finance training and skills. You can kick them down the road so far then it's going to be Bank Crisis III (1929, 2008, 2024-5) and this time, no bailouts

This might be a good time to start a turnaround group. You won't have much deal success but fees would roll in for quite some time unti they figured that out.

... or you can believe that all is well (cue Kevin Bacon's parade scene in Animal House), Aaron Rodgers will lead the Jets to the post season, and we'll all be able to afford Fractal Fm9's
