People loved Mantle, Mays, DiMaggio and Musial just fine. Maybe we view baseball players differently.

my original point was, greatest is not synonymous with being a nice person..
it seems to me, sometimes being a dick fuels that will to win for these super duper stars??
Here's what's pretty evident - the only team to beat the Pats, the Giants, did one thing well and that's put pressure on Brady the entire game. The Falcons had Brady bottled up the entire first half and made him look like Geno Smith with constant pressure.
After the Falcons scored at the beginning of the second half they ran like 15 plays the rest of the game. Their defensive line got tired and it showed. Brady started feeling comfortable and that was their death blow.

The best team doesn't always win, though. I can give you examples from football and baseball. Atlanta had no business losing that game. I don't care who you are, you don't blow a 25 point lead in the second half. Ever.
I recognize Brady is the best QB ever. And he played a phenomenal game in the second half, taking advantage of a whipped ATL defense that was on the field way too long. And NE got a huge assist from some bad decision-making by Quinn and Ryan. Ryan taking that sack was mind-blowing. Fatal mistake there. And Quinn should've been more conservative by running the ball and kicking the FG that would've iced the game.

That's because they are losers......Look at the dirty birds a few years ago losers....Yes they won a SB but they were are losers.......
Look many on here say how bad TB is well would he have been better than the Dirty birds a couple of years ago or the last two years super bowl losers. Lots of coaching mistakes on very talented teams......Lets give TB a chance

LOL this is so simple First there are more then on winning teams in the NFL The Giants are winners also. Two some teams have a teams number, Three nothing is always perfect. Look at Larry Jaster in 1966 he shutout the dodgers five times I think he had their number lol.
Plus winners don't always win but they do many more times then they lose
