So I'd say this makes it official. SAME OLD JETS

Now we can all wonder how this monstrosity of a team managed to win 3 straight games.
Well we don't need to wonder, because we all know that they did it for 2 reasons.
1. To build us up so they could knock us down.
And 2. So they could lose to 2 winless teams and still not be bad enough to lock up the #1 pick in doing so

This was the Same old Jets game. Win and you turn the tide. Maybe change how people look at you. Lose and you do exactly what everyone expected. You show that things will never change here.

Go ahead and fire Gase now. Line up the coaching candidates and keep firing the next one after they lose the same old Jets game each season. Keep doing it until you find the guy who wins the same old Jets game. Probably will never happen

It is amazing to me how this franchise can do this over and over and over and over no matter who plays, who coaches. They put up a game like this where they suddenly forget how to play football in every aspect of the game against a winless and not just winless but 0-11 winless team. Did we not look like the winless team today. And did we not make the Bengals look like they might be competitive in a game against the cheetahs?

I'd call it unbelievable but I'm Jetland it's not only believable , it's expected

If I have a tombstone some day, it will read, HE WAS RIGHT. THE JETS DIDN'T WIN THEIR SECOND SUPERBOWL BEFORE HE DIED

I didn't want Gase here. After he was hired and I read all the crap, I was willing to see what he could do.

After seeing the schedule, I fully expected to open the season 0-7. 2-5 if we were good. At that point I figured Gase probably loses the locker room

The last 3 weeks , amazingly, it seemed that he actually didn't lose the locker room after all

What we learned today is something that we all already new. No matter what, this team will do the same exact things that we have seen year after year after year. If we could bet on the insanity we could all be rich.

This will not change guys. I don't know why but I know it wont

I felt this ALL week, a team/ game that the Jets are actually favored.
Being a Jet fan for over 41 years, you just knew they’d find a way to lose.
Whether it was a last second loss or worse, a total physical manhandling like what happened today.
Stupid penalties, phantom penalties also.
Wouldn’t of mattered, 32 ranked defense, that’s dead last, couldn’t even get in the red zone. Thanks Gase.

I've been a fan for over 50 years. And in that time there are countless times when fans get an inflated impression of the team after a few wins, even if it's against trash teams. It's almost like a collective delusion. What you saw today is another example of that stupidity.
