Knowing our jets they will do offside kicksYou can use the points in every quarter towards a win. Now the onside kick can only be in the fourth quarter , if you're losing.
Belichick is no longer in the league, you don't need these dopey rules.

I need to decipher the aboveWhat makes a sports game exciting to watch? A major component is unpredictability. If we know in advance what is going to be done as the next play, we're reduced to being excited by the level of execution of the play itself.
If the above is correct, then it's logical that reducing the unpredictability in a sport will reduce the level of excitement. This isn't to say that all rules should be eliminated. That reductio ad absurdum argument makes good sense. But there's perhaps something of a Laffer curve here with the rules as abscissa and excitement as the ordinate. The proposed(?) rules suggest we're to the left of the curve apex.
Regards, enjoy the season.

Hi, Bigmoe.
Just some ramblings from a Jets fan who
A) used to work for the late Mr. Leon Hess back when he bought the Titans, and
B) was exposed to a classical education which proved to be contagious.
Regards, Enjoy the season.

Like they would open the wind doors at the old giants stadiumSo the kickoff must drop into the 'landing zone'. It will be interesting to see how that plays out the first time someone is kicking into a howling gale.
My (probably wrong) interpretation is that if they miss the “landing zone” the ball is placed at the 35 yard line.So the kickoff must drop into the 'landing zone'. It will be interesting to see how that plays out the first time someone is kicking into a howling gale.
