Walmart Fight - Employee vs. Customer

LA PORTE, Texas — A verbal dispute turned into a violent act between a tax worker and a customer inside a Walmart in Texas.

WTVD reported that the customer, Jessica Albitz, and a tax customer were in a verbal spat a day before the fight when Albitz and her husband went into the Jackson Hewitt booth inside Walmart to file their taxes.

The tax worker, Alice Keener, was not the couple’s tax worker but just clocking into work. Albitz said the worker was rude to them, but they left without incident.

When Albitz was shopping in Walmart a day later, she says Keener mumbled a profanity at her when they ran into each other.

The video shows the fight escalate from there.

“Take your poor (expletive) out this store,” the Jackson Hewitt tax worker could be heard saying to a customer on video. “Your momma is a (expletive).”

Albitz, is then seen head butting tax worker Keener, who then takes Albitz by the head and starts banging in on a table nearby. Keener then slams Albitz to the floor.
