Thank you, I'm right there with you brother. Let's not also forget the Jets could have drafted Dak Prescott who you gotta figure if they did, he would be playing for us right now.
Holy crap, enough already. Dak is on another team. Get over it.

Fitz's career is a mulligan.
I like to think of myself as fair-minded. If Fitz is bad, I criticize him, and if he is good, I am equally quick to praise him. Its not my fault that over his last four games, including last years critical loss in Buffalo with the playoffs on the line, he has given me three opportunities to be critical and only one opportunity to praise him. If he's gonna stink three out of every four games that he plays the rest of the way, he is inviting criticism from myself and others. Its real simple if he wants to change that ... play better and win games ... thats all I care about, I'm a Jets fan, not a Fitz fan.Copy. Nobody is allowed to have a terrible game. Not Peyton Manning, not Roethlisberger...nobody.
Jets fans are so knee jerk sometimes, it's really amusing. Fans reflecting on hypotheticals about "what if we had drafted Dak Prescott!!!!" as if anyone could've known that he'd be this good. Fans crucifying a QB who's got the respect of the locker room, and has been a pretty good QB since he's been here. No, we've got to pile on after one horrible game. It's a mob mentality.
I've seen this movie before. Can't wait to hear all about it when Fitz has a great game, and all of his detractors either disappear or reluctantly give him credit.
LMFAO.
Because petty is injured and is unable to throw a ball..I hope all you guys are watching the Cowboys vs. Bears game right now. Just to see what we could have had, if the Jets were smart. I won't be unrealistic and mention Wentz or even Lynch because they are first and second rounder's. Dak was a forth and was well within our reach of drafting and we didn't. Yes we can go back to the Marino-O'Brien draft or any other draft the Jets didn't draft a QB or some other position that we missed out on a clutch to HOF player. Yes we can do that but let's just stick with the most recent draft, last year and we could have this young and upcoming star playing for us right now. If you want to just say shut up and lets root for the players we do have then that's fine, let's do that. What about Petty, he looked pretty good in pre-season and probably would do no worse then Fitz would do for us, so why not?
FYI: With Dak, Elliot and Dez they will probably win 3-4 more SB in the future. They have the next big three!
If you are referring to me, reluctantly giving him credit would be correct because I know the other foot will drop soon enough with his garbage play. Me disappearing with any comments when he does well definitely won't be the case. I reluctantly gave him props last week and will do so when and if he has another good to great game. All in all, it doesn't matter because when it all bowls down to it, if the Jets aren't going to win a SB with this 30+ year old six team QB, then what's the point of playing him. This would be excusable or understandable with a young and upcoming QB like, DAK PRESCOTT or Petty but with Fitz it's not. Not to me anyway! It would even be acceptable with a older vet QB like Rivers or Romo because you can atleast feel like you can win a SB with them. Like I did and most of us did when we had Farve and Vinny. They have proven themselves to be franchise QBs. Fitz has not! So call me or refer to me what you want but I see the light for what it is and I'm not going to be blind to it otherwise. If Fitz proves me wrong as a Jet, I will be the first to give him props and apologize but being that I know he's not, I'm not to worried about it.Copy. Nobody is allowed to have a terrible game. Curious as to what you thought about the rest of the offense? This was a bad game for Fitz, he really had no accuracy which was the issue with him. But what about the poor effort by receivers on easy catches, the fumble by jalin, and Bilal? An optimist might look at it that way, but a pessimist would tell you he's been bad in three of the last four games he has played and atrocious in two of them, today and the last game he played last year with a trip to the playoffs on the line, thats really where the wheels started coming off. Maybe he turns it around and last week becomes the norm, but over his last four games he is trending in the wrong direction, culminating with todays debacle.
Honestly, Fitz was so bad in this game, I couldn't even notice anybody else. I'm sure other people played lousy, but Fitz completely overwhelmed everybody else with that epic fail out there today.Curious as to what you thought about the rest of the offense? It was the bad news bears, there were opportunities. Every time Fitz made a decent pass receivers weren't looking, or a ball was contested and they just watched the defender instead of even attempting to seat the ball. There were at least 5 easy interceptions dropped by kc, that could have made 11 on the night.Honestly, Fitz was so bad in this game, I couldn't even notice anybody else. ... and you just know the Legion of Boom are licking their chops for next week.
When they watch the film from this game, its gonna be like lions staring at a pack of Elk.

How many rings does Fitz have (besides his wedding ring) ? How many playoff wins? Zero. Big Ben deserves and has earned a few mulligans.
Ben Roethlisberger sucked today.
Cut him.
It's an organizational mistake that Geno, who has lost the confidence of everyone, is kept around because he's the backup they trust. Bowles is a part of that, no doubt. I'd rather see a young QB with a future in the organization get the snaps when Fitz has a meltdown.
Let's be realistic here. Big Ben is a SB winning QB (x2) in fact and a HOFer in my opinion. Maybe not first ballot but a HOFer. So why in the hell would you say that? I know your over exaggerating your point here but you picked the wrong guy to prove your point in my opinion. Now if you used someone like Phillips Rivers or Matt Ryan or Matthew Stafford but Big Ben, come on really!!!
