So today, Trevor Lawrence had his pro day work out before he has surgery on his non throwing shoulder... General Manager Joe Douglas AND Assistant General Manager Rex Hogan was at the pro day... What does that mean, well here is the ultimate mock prediction:

Jets trade Number 2 & 2nd round (34) & Seattle's 3rd round 2021 & 2022 1st round pick to move up 1 spot to select Trevor Lawrence, crazy yeah I know but some reputable sources have stated that the Jets are open to trading Sam Darnold and one scenario as mind boggling as it is a trade with the 49ers;

49ers get the 23rd overall for their 12th pick this year and give us their 2022 2nd round pick...

So the Jets move up get Lawrence and still have the 12th overall pick this year?

What you think?

If he wants him, he'll use his #1 pick on him, and the rest of this doesn't have to happen. The Jets get Lawrence, still trade Darnold for the extra first round pick to upgrade Lawrence's surrounding cast, and we have a sigh of relief on draft day.

That's a lot to give up but that's probably what the Jaqs will want for us to move up. If Lawrence is that much better than Fields of Lance then yes do it. Otherwise I'll pass!

I really don't want to trade any draft picks unless its for Watson or pick a QB at #2 or trade down for more picks and roll with Darnold for one year. The cost to trade up will paralyze this already paralyzed organization.

I don't see the Jax doing that. If I was Jax, I would want the Jets 2021 1st Rd (#2, #23) 4th Rd, 2022 Jets 1st, 2nd Rd, Jets 2023 1st Rd. That would be the same I would look for if the Jets owned the 1st overall pick. In the year 2022 and 2023 the jets should be drafting in the top 12 and I would want their picks. Same if I were the Jets and traded down with Atlanta, Philly and maybe Carolina. I would milk them for everything I could get.

2016 Eagles traded No 8, 3rd round (77), 4th round (100), 1st (2017 & 2nd (2018) to move up to Number 2 to draft Wentz

no fucking way any team is going to give up 4 first rounds, 2nd & 4th to move from Number 2 to Number 1 stop playing the mock draft simulators to get a reference on what it will take to move up...

Absolutely . Why would anyone even consider this? You’re giving up at least 4 impact players for 1? That is why we are the shitter now...... Quit trying to win the headlines and try an approach to win on the field.....

What did the Redskins give up for RG!!! and he was not in the same class as Lawerence. I myself would not mortgage the farm for any QB. The Ravens had a kick ass team and won the Superbowl with a less then average QB. Keep Darnold and build your team thru the draft.

The WFT landed Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Robert Griffin III with that trade, sending the sixth overall pick and their second-round selection in the 2012 draft and first-rounders in 2013 and 2014 to the Rams.

and again the Football Team did NOT have the 2nd overall pick they had the 6th to move up to 2nd...

so what does this trade have to do with giving up 4 first rounds to move from number 2 to number 1???
