plead with Chris Johnson to restructure the power on the team... meaning give him full control...

Then JD is not entitled to fire Adam Gase until after the season, only way he may convince Johnson to give him this move...

Fire Gregg Williams, because now this is 2 games totaling 15 penalties over 225 yards ( first game against the Bills was out done by Broncos game)...

Promote Chip Vaughn to DC replacing Gregg Williams...

Strip Gase and Loggains of their multiple titles...

Adam Gase is the head coach that is it...

Dowell Loggains is the QB coach that is it...

Meaning need to promote or hire an OC, I would give Hines Ward that chance...

Both Hines Ward and Chip Vaughn are the play callers... Brant Boyer can only do so much and has Ficken already the star of the team...

Roster moves should be coming, players should head to IR...

Players on IR that are healthy should be taken off, and if they fit into the game plan keep them if not trade them...

Offensive line is in trouble; rookie Becton, veteran Fant and Edoga all hurt that is our tackles basically done for now...

and if it doesn't work, Gase is still gone and the GM can clean sweep the coaching staff keep anyone he wants or move on from all of them and really rebuild the roster and front office...

I think it could work, Chip Vaughn a former player that coached the secondary for Air Force and was successful... The main position group on defense that struggles consistency is the secondary... Maybe he can put them in a better position to be successful... Why Not?

why I believe in Hines Ward, one a former receiver well respected has his fingerprints on the former BC QB Jeff Smith turned to receiver, that's one... before his injury working with Vyncint Smith and Denzel Mims both were working it... Mims was known for his speed, vertical and catch radius but he lacked route running...

Hines in college also played RB, so being that he is experienced in two positions both are security blankets for any QB would also be able to play call the game plan in certain situations because he recognizes it... Audibles knowing the opponents from tape will be able to set Darnold or Flacco up to be successful... The only problem is still the OL... but formations to play design could help it out better not to mention personnel...

If the team is going to have any chance of success is to restructure the current structure... Yes we all want Adam Gase fired but they have no trust in anyone on the coaching staff to be the interim and no one that will continue to develop Sam... If Gase goes, likely Loggains goes as well...

Keep them til the end of the season then make the move... Sam is still interviewing if he qualifies for that 5th year team option or will the team trade him and go after the new quarterback moving forward...

Gase will be the HC for the remainder of the season. Darnold has been ruined. JD has made this roster worse which is a pretty amazing feat actually. Not solutions will happen and nobody wants to be employed by the Jets. Nobody wants to live in NY. If fans are smart they just move on.
