I know, no **** but take a look at the 49ers. A team that has been at the top of the NFC for the past three years but unable to seal the deal.

In a blink of an eye, in my opinion, when you consider the head coach turmoil, the poor QB play, the aging defense, aging RB, etc. it seems their window may have officially shut.

Which is why I am super upset that in 09 and 10 we went all in but with a rookie qb. That makes no sense. It's rare you have a team like the patriots that for more than a decade you are a SB contender. With the next GM I hope he takes this into account and realize that when we are near, he better go all out.

To be fair to the 49ers, they did go all in. They mortgaged their future on Kaep. Unfortunately, he didn't pan out.

On a related note, Kaep is like RG3 where a few years ago was at the top and now fighting for his future. The fans have given up and are burning his jerseys.

yeah

Catching a QB is like catching lightening in a bottle. Every time I look at Brady, and think 6th round?

Funny picture.
