I used to work with a guy who was a placekicker for a major college team
During his search for a job, he met seven NFL coaches, including Vince Lombardi, Tom Landry.
When I asked him about it, he said, "They all told me the same thing - you've been cut".

But, he kept trying. And James Morgan has a lot of teams to go.
