Zach threw plenty of balls in the dirt and I'll advised passes in college. He faced mostly inferior teams and got away with alot. Not going to get away with throwing into double and triple coverage in the NFL. Cant be one dimensional on offense, QB had to take what the D is giving, be it short passes, quick outs to the RB in the flats, passes to the middle of the field ,or a open receiver deep. It's too easy to shut down an offense that can only do one thing.
The team even hired Zack's personal QB coach. The OC cant make the in play decision for him or throw the pass for him.
Zach has to improve his accuracy and decision making if he is going to be successful at this level.
Hes not ready yet and it shows. That doesn't mean that he's a bust, he has plenty of potential to improve.
