The DL finally played a decent game, and in turn, the linebackers actually played well. Demario Davis looked like a different player altogether from the 1st 2 weeks. Even Darron Lee didn't get exposed like he's been so many times in the past.

Jamal Adams looked nothing short of GREAT.

I don't like winning meaningless games, but I have to give the Jets credit. They are still playing hard.

Well put. I think this might have been the best and most disciplined tackling I have ever seen from the Jets over the course of an entire game. Their tackling fundamentals were stunning, holding their positions to refuse to allow a guy to get past, and to allow help to arrive to finish off the play when needed. If they can consistently bring those fundamentals, they will be able to stay in games with most teams.

Jets dominated the dolphins in every aspect of the game. Major props to everyone. We might be able to do the same to the Jags. We shall see next week. Maybe all this team needed was to come home and play in front of their fans.

Despite there being a ton of dolphin fans there, the crowd was loud.

You all know how I feel about our HC but you have to be impressed with him getting his team ready to play - which they did - and his little lineup changes that worked. all I can say is I hope this is the start of his maturation into a viable HC... we'll see soon enough with JAx coming to town.

What if we are 3-2 after Brown's game??

It's definitely a possibility but our schedule gets brutal after that so I don't expect too many wins afterwards but crazier things have happened.

we will end up 3-13 and have the fourth pick in the draft.

From a fundamental standpoint this is nothing short of awe inspiring to watch when they actually play the way they are capable of. Now I feel like a fool saying that? My personal belief is this DL should be playing like this EVERY week? We should be taking performances like this for granted.

Unfortunately, our HC allows the players to underperform. Now, I don't want to get into a Toilet shitting contest here, I want to be able to compliment him? However, this should be happening every week.

But even more important as we move forward, WHAT did Toilet and Rogers do with Lee and Davis? Both were beyond bad in the first 2 games. On Sunday, however, Davis was excellent. Lee was nothing special. Almost forgotten throughout the game, but even so not anywhere near the kind of liability he's been?

I can't say this is all chalked up to better DL play? Of course they did a much better job of keeping the OL off of Davis and Lee, but the two of them actually maintained gap integrity?

This was nothing short of a metamorphosis for the ages. The key is to now use this from here on out. It's obvious they cannot go back now after seeing the results of change.
