The linebackers brought a ton of pressure and having Adams play up shut down McCoy and contained Taylor allowing the front to get to him. Great game plan last night. Have to give Rodgers credit.

Finally... to me Rogers game planning has been the Achilles for the Defense.. He needs to be consistent.

Defensive game planning is fine with everyone giving 100% effort on the field. Jets should have a top 5 Defense and we do, when Wilkerson and others play hard every single down. If Jets entire Defense plays like this the rest of the season we can compete in this Division. Very proud of the effort by the D! Reminded me of the mid 80's the the fierce Defense our Jets had then.

We're far from a top 5 D. Until we get at some good CBs and an edge rush we will struggle. We really did not have to worry about the WRs last night, but the D stopped McCoy and contained Taylor which is how you beat the Bills and did an excellent job of it.

That's the EXACT game plan that would work for the Patsies as well. Shut down the Patsy running game and knock Brady off his spot early and often. We all know Brady becomes below average and mistake prone when he's constantly under duress.

The Fact is, When our Front seven plays like that, it will take an EXTREMELY unique and talented team to beat us and I don't believe the Patsies are one of them.

And Darron Lee is improving by leaps and bounds based on Wilkerson and the rest of the DL playing in such dominant fashion.

I always believed that Jenkins and Lee were solid picks, not spectacular, but solid and they just needed time to develop, understand the defense and the pro game. And there was more going on last year with the defense that made them look far worse than their talent would suggest. The key with draft picks is patience. The experts say three years is when you know what you have for most picks. There are of course exceptions, but I think it's a good rule of thumb, especially on teams that are rebuilding. For the Jets, we've seen a lot of addition by subtraction this year.

I'm really enjoying watching this team.

The dancing was fun to watch. The defense team enjoys playing together and it shows.

They CAN Elias. This is well within their grasp. Although Tampa is a rather unfamiliar foe, they are a pretty bad team. The Jets will NOT be facing the 4th ranked overall offense, they'll be facing Fitz and at least one backup being that Evans will likely be shelved?

I would think Jets fans should be PISSED (I know I will be) if they lose this game. This is a game that the old Jets would almost always lose. If this is truly a new regime in town, then they will come out with a take no prisoners attitude. An extension of the Bills game..........
