The thing that makes it worse is Webb will be inactive for the game. If Geno gets hurt, how does Mcadoo turn to Eli to Finnish the game.
Plus if / when Geno and later Webb suck. McAdoo had cut his own neck. Eli has no O line, no receivers and no running game. Geno has shown what he can go with a bad team, then Webb will have to face the same thing.
