This is also a direct indictment on toilet. This is just another shining example of why he's incompetent and should have been fired already.

As far as him still being on the roster, it's standard operating procedure for every NFL team. Waiting for the legal process to play out.
He hasn't been found guilty of anything yet.
Look around the league. Over 20 % of the players have serious felony convictions. At least 1 player per week is arrested. It's a fact of life, especially when your factor in where the majority of the players come from.
I would recommend you find a different team but there is not one in the NFL without Questionable players, then I thought maybe a different sport but can't think of any either.
Maybe a different form of entertainment? Music? No character concerns there, movies? Hollywood is full of fine upstanding individuals and surely would never tolerate speeding.....

Well, let me ask you this... Did YOU blame Bellichick for drafting Hernandez? I know I sure as hell did. Who else drafted that serial killer? Is there anyone else that you can blame for that? Just like any HC or GM gets blamed for the actions of their players.

Bowles made excuses straight to the press about the players being late. He condoned it and those were his words. Just like was in my original post, if one of your players screws up once, shame on the player. If it happens again, it's shame on the HC. I stand by what I posted. If every HC always shoulders the blame for the actions of his players how is blowes any different?

Yeah I agree to a point. He can't be a babysitter and shouldn't be. If you want him to be responsible for all these guys then he surely shouldn't be the coach of the OU child. He is only responsible if he doesn't cut him and lets it continue.

I don't think Bowles should be HC because I don't think he is capable. I also don't think Anderson is his fault. Its 100% Anderson's fault.

I know your not attacking me. Everyone here is giving there views. I respect everyone here. I just feel that Anderson is making less then 1 million for the next 2 years. Why get rid of him. Give him a chance to redeem himself. If it happens a third time. Well, he's on his own.

You know I would think that's a great suggestion if not for the following fact........ The Jets need players that are reliable. Robbie Anderson has now shown that he is NOT reliable. How reliable can he be when he'll be getting suspended for two offenses now? We all know , more often than not, a third offense results in a serious and stiff punishment like a half to a full season.

BTW, I was an enlisted Airman for 6 years. I salute you and thank you for your contributions to the nations defense.......

AGREED. But once again that problem starts at the top. If we actually had a competent GM and HC we wouldn't need to hold on to scumbags like Anderson. It's our lack of talent.

Those teams don't cut players for having off field incidents either or on field for that matter.
Hernandez wasnt cut until murder changes were being brought on his last shooting, Ben had multiple rape allegations, eagles and saints are right up at the top of the league for arrest, just behind the 49s.
