Trestman has also developed QB like Gannon. He has experience as a HC as well. If we got Trestman I would be pumped for next season.

Have the Jets even interviewed Gase? I could see Trestman as a Jet. Getting either guy would be great.

At the other site where I post (JA) they are talking about a rumor making the rounds that Woody's private plane is currently in Denver and it appears Mac and Bowles are there with him, presumably to interview Gase for the OC Job.

It's pointing to Gase right now but I haven't heard anything about an interview. I heard a rumor through an article that Gase is actually from NJ and told his friends that he would take the job if offered. It really comes down to his compatibility with what Bowles and Woody are trying to accomplish.

I just hope they are there to HIRE HIM (on the spot), forget the interview, his body of work speaks for itself, his offense just shattered the record book last year and they weren't too shabby this year either. IMO it would be an absolute coup to land Adam Gase with the Jets. I say don't come back from Denver without him ...

Did anybody give a source for the rumor Ham? Just checked all the usual suspects on twitter, not a word about it

I would need to see what his offense did without peyton to be sold.
