Could, would this trade be an option for Browns & Dolphins?

We know the Dolphins tagged and are allowing Jarvis Landry to find a trade partner... There has been mixed report on Ryan Tannehill's status with the Dolphins... So, this would be a blockbuster type trade and so Cleveland to listen and pull the trigger:

Miami Dolphins receive the 1st and 4th Overall picks this year

&

Cleveland Browns receiver the 11th Overall Pick & Both QB Ryan Tannehill and WR Jarvis Landry

If you were the Cleveland Browns would you do it?
This would be a Mike Tannebaum type deal and Miami needs to do this to move forward...

That trade is short term for the Browns. The 1st and the 4th pick can be players who play at least 8 years.

No way does Cleveland do that. That deal is brutal for them. Landry is worth maybe a high pick, and Tannehill likely less. Substitute the players for the draft picks. Should the Browns trade #1 and #4 for #11 a second, and a third?

In just looking at the value chart (which isn't gospel, by any means, but can serve some purpose here), #1 and #4 combine for 4,800 points. The #11 is 1,250. So would Landry and Tannehill equal 3,550? For them to, they would each have to be the equivalent of between picks #4 and #5.

Landry is getting tagged, and couldn't work out a trade, meaning he probably couldn't find anyone to give up a #1 for him. So if you push him to the first pick of the second round, worth 580 points, you still have almost 3,000 points to make up, meaning Ryan Tannehill is worth the top pick in the draft.

With all the QB needy teams, the first pick will net the Browns multiple First second and third round picks, as will the 4th pick.
Tannehill is a below average QB and while Landry is a very good slot Reciever. He wants to be paid like a #1. Reports from the Dolphins are that Landry is seeking $18 million per year.
There's no way the Browns entertain this trade scenario
