Not sold on him yet but we need him to be very good this year
This is really good news. I am assuming, hopefully not incorrectly, that the medical staff is convinced that he his going to be fine. He definitely will be an impact player if healthy. Our receiving core is looking better all the time.
they stated he is healthy to return to activities and will slowly be brought back to football strength, still a chance he doesn't return because of the severity of the injury...
So it's still a wait and see situation. Well at least the possibility is still there.
he is literally our best skill player that can line up every where, if healthy he will be the true "x" factor allowing the others like Kearse, and RA to get their one on one matchups
i like Q; however i'm not sure it is a good thing if he is our best skill position player. says more about the lack of elite offensive talent on the roster than about Q

Q was a swiss army knife skill player which for our team he was surely missed last season...
Not saying that others are not good but they aren't polished yet...
Take Robby Anderson he has surely taken the next step in his development from a guy that was a 50/50 guy now is a sure handed hands catcher...
Bilal Powell another do it all back can only do so much when given the opportunity...
what else do we have, potential in Hansen, Stewart, Mcguire that actually saw the field last season...
Yes this team is thin on the offensive weapon side but still in rebuild mode...
Jermaine Kearse is a solid #2 receiver.
His size, speed, and physicality is rare and the fact that his development arc in college and the NFL was significant.. Also, he was known to not have great hands in college and the development as a Jet from year 1 of the PS to year 2 to year 3 was nothing short of amazing... Outside the injury there isn't many NFL rosters I can't see him making as the #2 guy. And in my opinion his development was looking to be on a clear path to be an elite offensive talent......
We haven’t been successful with too many mid round draft picks over the years. But Enunwa was an absolute steal. Before that injury he was an ascending player, and had some impressive catches and runs after the catch. I really hope he makes a full recovery. He would be a big loss.
With 12 selections Idzick had to hit on at least 1 player. :global (5):
The roster is still in a hole based on that draft.
The 2014 draft will go down in infamy for sure. I just looked at it again, and it was indeed a train derailment. One player still left out of 12 from a draft 3 1/2 years ago. That’s not getting it done.
LOLz he still had loyalists that tried to defend the dope..Hindsight is always 20-20 but the talent that Idzick passed on, at areas of need are just mind boggling. It is very likely the worst draft by any GM in history. Could have had multiple pro bowl players, more if he traded up with all the ammo. Really left the cupboards bare.
