With the Draft 4 days away, here's why I'm NOT feeling nervous

Now I remember why I left this forum last time.
At this point of my Jets fandom, which is over 30 years of disappointments with this team. I’ve learned don’t invest to much into this. Just like yourself and millions of other Jets fans, I’ve had to many either headaches and disappointments in their picks or frustrations in the picks not panning out. Especially the picks I was happy with and thought would pan out and didn’t. So now I don’t have a pick or preference either way. Whomever they pick I just hope it’s the right guy. I figured if I wished for a specific QB and they drafted him, he probably end up being a bust anyway so why bother. I’m going to watch the draft without any emotion, enjoy it as best I can and just hope whomever they draft, he’s the right guy and will be our 15-20 year SB(s) winning franchise future HOF QB.

Interesting because the casinos are not in business to lose money, its not a charity, and the house usually wins.
And BELIEVE ME, they don't just pull these odds out of a hat, a lot of thought and research goes into these odds, by a lot of smart people.
I know who I want. I know who I don't want. I know who the Jets will pick. I have no idea who will be the best QB. I just want a QB that I can be proud of on and off the field. I want them to love the Jets not the NY Life. I don't want a circus. I'm confident two of the 4 can do that. The other two I'm not so sure.
This is so funny just sit back & enjoy the pick lol........

In about 96 hours, I'll be here in my family room, watching the draft on TV, maybe chatting with you guys.
My wife will be upstairs watching whatever she watches when I'm downstairs.
The Jets will make their selection.
I will scream (probably an obscenity if it is Allen)
My wife won't care.
She's an Eagles fan. (Don't ask.)
And life will move on.

I like the Jets & Cards as equals...but for the past few years I was more excited on the cards come draft day. This year I am more excited for the Jets draft unless the Cards can trade up or down. As i see it the Jets are heading up & the Cards are ....well......I am not sure lol
But i am just going to enjoy it.
If your wife is anything like mine, she’s upstairs watching one of the following:
1. The Bachelor
2. The Bachelorette
3. Grey’s Anatomy
4. Nashville
Stay away. It’s gut-wrenching TV.
My wife likes the home /cooking shows.
