If the D man gets hurt early.....McCown my be back in there soon
And if I had a vagina and a pair of boobs, they’d call me Denise.
Why even go there?
If the D man gets hurt early.....McCown my be back in there soon
Ok Denise (lol) 1) young QB-------2) Qb that is thrown in without any bench game time-----3) O-line that has many ???---- 4) He may not have a good running attack--------5) Rec's that may not help him much------adds up to a QB that MAY get hit often.......Not every QB in NY is Eli........So the odds are that he may go down.....He sees to be a tough kid, young & is smart......so lets hope he stays in the games...........Why go there because it happens.......
The point I was making is that anything can happen to any team. Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady both had their seasons ended after hard hits. But Darnold has escapability neither one of them have. Don’t underestimate that. He has great feet, and a good awareness in the pocket of when pressure’s coming.
Darnold’s got good enough players around him. No stars, but the o-line, receivers, and backs are better than you think.
Joe Theismann had escapability.......it can happen to any team...I just feel the odds are greater here, I hope his support is good I just got to see it
Theismann had escapability? I thought he was more of a pocket passer. A sitting duck back there, when LT landed on his tib/fib in a freak accident. That wasn’t the Redskins o-line’s fault.
Plenty of teams have average o-lines. Some of the best QB’s in the league thrive despite that fact.
Darnold couldn't have a better mentor.
1) "Theismann disdains the label of scrambler in favor of "mobile quarterback." Translation: "I still can run. I can do the things I've always done"
2) [h=1]Scramblers of NFL past discuss general worth of Tebowmania Joe Theismann
Washington Redskins (1974â??1985)[/h] 3)https://books.google.com/books?id=A...nepage&q=joe theismann as a scrambler&f=false
4) The game will match one of the NFL's premiere scramblers, Redskins quarterback Joe Theismann, against Vikings defensive end Doug Martin, who finished the regular season leading the NFL in quarterback sacks with 11 .
That night the all-pro let was hurt & they moved a guard over to LT.
Bottom line I hope this rookie gets a good OL soon.
That's why I was happy that I could impart all my football knowledge on young Otto Graham.
Later
So I think what you are trying to say here is this

only with football not karate right?
That's after learning about this newfangled forward pass thingy from Pop Warner.
If you want to know what a first ballot HOF QB looks like, I hope you guys are watching the Packers vs. Bears game. Rodgers has worked his magic again, on one leg basically. He is absolutely phenomenal and we can only hope Darnold can be half as great. QBs like Rodgers come along every once in a generation MAYBE??? If Darnold can be anywhere close, we should be above and beyond grateful.
Well, For Green Bay they come along more like once every 10 or 15 years.
