Read that he’s a pretty good slot CB. He’ll replace Skrine.

This guy was used in blitzes. And is way more solidly built.
With the league cracking down on player injuries the Jets might have to reign in some of Poole’s over aggressiveness. He had more penalties last year than in previous years, and of the 15 yard variety. Poole has gotten a reputation around the league as being a dirty player.
My step stool could replace Skrine. Good signing.
Might be the old Greg Williams type of player. Be aggressive but don't be STUPID.

He's no more aggressive than Skrine and at least twice as good in every way. Other than that hit on Rogers, which was stupid, there was only normal heat of the game aggression, Last year he had 19 total penalties for a little over 200 yards while Skrine,the penalty machine as my kids call him, had 63 penalties for over 772 yards. Skrine had no interceptions and 1 shared sack while Poole had 3 interceptions and 3 solo sacks. No doubt in my mind which one I'd rather have on the team. Excellent signing in my book.

Nah, that would be too quick. I'd rater see him bruise him legally every play until he becomes so shell shocked he can't think straight and comes to fear playing the Jets.
