Not sold on Zona taking Murray, too many smokescreens this time of the year and Rosen is still in Arizona...

1. Arizona Cardinals: Nick Bosa, Edge

9ers have plenty needs but Edge Rusher is at the top of them all...

2. San Francisco 49ers: Josh Allen, Edge

Jets have now a ton of moves that open up... And choose wisely teams want Murray, teams want Q. Williams, teams want Taylor...

***First Trade*** Jets trade 3rd overall to Giants for 6th & 17th...

3. New York Giants: Kyle Murray, QB

4. Oakland Raiders: Jawaan Taylor, OT

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Quinnen Williams,DL

***Second Trade*** Jets are in the prime to double down, some may not like this second trade with a prospect like Ed Oliver on the board but for this mock we will make the move...

Trade with Oakland Raiders for the 24th & 27th picks along with 2020 2nd round pick...

6. Oakland Raiders: Ed Oliver, DT

7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jonah Williams, OT

8. Detroit Lions: Rashan Gary, DL

9. Buffalo Bills: T.J. Hockenson, TE

Denver loves the way the board falls now they can get their franchise QB...

10. Denver Broncos: Drew Lock, QB

Bengals have a difficult decision they need that replacement for Dalton but pulling the trigger on an unfinished in state product is a tough one, but they go for it...

11. Cincinnati Bengals: Dwayne Haskins, QB

12. Green Bay Packers: Devin White, LB

13. Miami Dolphins: Montez Sweat, Edge

14. Atlanta Falcons: Andre Dillard, OT

15. Washington Redskins: Daniel Jones, QB

16. Carolina Panthers: Brian Burns, DE

17. New York Jets: Clelin Ferrell, Edge

18. Minnesota Vikings: Cody Ford, OG

19. Tennessee Titans: Christian Wilkins, DT

20. Pittsburgh Steelers: Devin Bush, LB

21. Seattle Seahawks, Noah Fant, TE

22. Baltimore Ravens: D.K. Metcalf, WR

23. Houston Texans: Dexter Lawerence, DL

24. New York Jets: Garrett Bradbury, OC

25. Philadelphia Eagles: Chris Lindstrom, OG

26. Indianapolis Colts: A.J. Brown, WR

27. New York Jets: Greg Little, OT

28. Los Angeles Chargers: Parris Campbell, WR

29. Kansas City Chiefs: Dre'Mont Jones, DT

30. Green Bay Packers: Greedy Williams, CB

31. Los Angeles Rams: Byron Murphy, CB

32. New England Patriots: Eric McCoy, OC

Jets make necessary moves back stockpiling two additional 1st rounders and acquiring an additional 2020 2nd round then picking up three franchise pieces and finally getting that Edge for a defense that is a couple pieces shy of being complete... Grabbing two offensive linemen that can either contribute early or sit behind veteran presence is a luxury that this team haven't had in a while... Bradbury can be a day one starter, while Little needs to bulk up both his lower body and get stronger with his punch allows the Jets with Beachum that room to allow him further his readiness for this level... But come trade dead line, the Jets will be fortunate to make a decision to start Little and trade Beachum whom is in contract year...

This would make me very happy. A 2nd tier edge rusher and two first round pieces for our O-line out of 1 pick? Hell yes.

Really like the top two picks, but with Greedy and Byron Murphy still on board you gotta take one of them. Take a developmental tackle in the third.

what will it take for us to get a 2nd round pick, mind you Darron Lee by himself won't do it...

if we can get a mid 2nd by using the additional pick from the Raiders, trading Lee and acquiring an additional lets say 3rd round compensatory pick in return...

then these four corners will be on the board more than likely and with our current roster will allow said prospect a full year to develop:
  • Isaiah Johnson, Houston
  • DeAndre Baker, Georgia
  • Rock Ya-Sin, Temple
  • Amani Oruwariye, Penn State
In no particular order, anyone of these have the potential to become a year two starter if we do indeed move on from Trumaine Johnson...

You should get more for the Giants trade.Their 2 1sts this year, a second Rd in 2019 and a 1st in 2020. I would take G Lindstrom at 24 and either C Bradbury or C McCoy at 27. OT Little has BUST writtten all over him. Ferrell is a great pick

Agreed. They land edge, C, and CB with first round picks, it's almost perfect.

I think the long term solution at LT will be a high pick in a year or two.

If the Jets set the value of moving up from 6 to 3 last year as three second rounders, I think two firsts and a second might be a bit much to expect.

Your wrong Sack, we traded with the colts before the Draft. If we wait till its our pick, I can see teams bidding for a chance to get the #3 overall pick.

"IF" this were to happen, I'd be OK with these picks. I've watched Ferrell play and while he's no Allen, he is pretty good and Bradbury will go fast so we'd be lucky if he was still there. The same is true of Little with a lot of teams looking to improve at these positions this time around.

Well, that is true. Draft day trades, especially with bidding wars, could increase the value.

Ferrell is a good pick at 17. Would prefer Burns but he went one pick before us. Pick 24, CB (Murphy or Baker) , Pick 27 Bradbury or McCoy. Pick 37, take best available OL.

I am hoping the Jets don't draft Rashan Gary of Michigan. This is one lazy player.

I take it back Sack, you may be right. Teams are not lining up to take a QB at #3.

Part of it is the quality of the QBs in this draft compared to last year. I'm exceptionally glad the Jets addressed the position last year. Sam would have been head and shoulders the top pick in this draft. Josh Allen might even have been.
