Also shows that he speaks some long lost language that I can't read. I'm assuming fuck and dick mean the same in his language but nothing else makes sense.

it's a serious allegation, but the cynic in me wonders why the woman is only filing a civil complaint and not pressing charges? if this truly happened, she should go to the police and not just look to get paid

I know what you are saying, but it is tough for any of us who have not been victimized in this way to possibly understand the thought process of when, and how, a victim comes to terms with this and addresses it.

She deserves to be heard. And he deserves a presumption of innocence.

Well said, couldn’t have said it any better myself. If she’s never reported it to the police when it initially happened then there probably isn’t any evidence of it at this point anyway. Other then getting him to admit he did it and we all know that will never happen!

I’m sure it wasn’t video taped, no witnesses that observed the crime, I’m guessing he didn’t admit something like that to her on email, text or some other social media. Her only hope would be if he told a friend or family member that’s willing to come forward with that information.
