What the fuck is the purpose of writing something like this - to sow dissention between the QB and the HC? To create doubt in the QB's mind? To stir controversy around an organization that is finally getting it together for the long term? I don't believe a word of it. I do believe this Mehta is an idiot, and doesn't deserve to be a beat writer for a little league baseball team, let alone an NFL franchise.

I hope the Jets simply ignore him going forward and close him out, just like they did with Mike Francessa.

I've always said he was an idiot trying to keep his name in the limelight and doesn't care who he has to slander to do it.

i watched/listened to beningo & roberts absolutely BBQed meta ass on there show for over 10 miniutes!! it was when meta was trashing mccarthy when the jets were looking at him.. beningo started the interview off with something like, were so thankful to the jets front office for letting us get a chance to talk with the de facto jets GM..

LOLz meta seemed to miss the humor..
