Will David Harris return to the Jets?

The question is who replaces him? Right now we have no one.

There are a few options in free agency, and maybe use our 5th rounder on best available ILB.

Give Nick Bellore the first chance at replacing Harris. We need to get a MLB with some speed who can cover. Harris can not do that and he will be very expensive. We now have a talent scout as a GM. Let him do his job and find a MLB in the draft.

Both Bowles, and Kacy Rodgers run 3-4 based defenses, so the Jets need two ILBer's

Bowles is known to adapt his scheme to the players he has at hand. But I do agree that he will stay with a3-4 if he can. I would like to see what Bellore or Jermaine Cunningham can offer. We also have a guy signed to a reserve- future contract( Chris Young). Lets see what we have. our scout GM is capable of finding talent in the draft and free agency. I think its time to go with youth and fully develop them. I loved Harris but the time has come for him to go play for a contender and give us a comp pick next year. Cunningham was mainly an OLB but with so many injuries he could be tried at MLB after his legal issues are completed.

Nobody plays a strict 3-4 or 4-3 anymore but as long as they cater the D to the players and keep them healthy I'll be happy...that being said I let Hitman walk and use training camp and preseason to get whoever ready
