Exactly what I was thinking. I have rarely seen an O Line with players who were that offensive. I'd go as far as saying Hall of Fame-level offense. Putrid even.
You older guys might remember the movie Billy Jack. I was a young kid so I may not have the quote exact but Billy says something like "you know why I'm smiling? Because I'm gonna put this boot right upside you're head and there's not a damn thing you can do about it"
Like the Jets opponents. "Its 3rd and long. We're gonna sack your quarterback and there's not a damn thing you can do about it"
Honestly, has anyone ever seen another team where this is such a sure thing?

Well Douglas specialty is supposed to be the lines (O & D), so lets see what he does to fix this.
Biggest issue I have right now is we don't have a new starting 5 on the O line and the guys who have been here weren't spectacular but never once looked this horrible!
Everyone on offense is playing worse under Gase so right now I'm not sure what to make of all of this.

Once you have the video you want from YouTube, copy the video's URL. Next go to the post or thread where you want to insert the video.
Next, click reply. At the top of the toolbar you'll see three dots with a down arrow (next to the smilie face). Click the down arrow. Then click media. Next, paste the YouTube URL into the URL box. Finally, either click preview to make sure you have the correct video or post the reply.
There is no blitz pick up, and no audible built into the plays to account for the overloads. It's play design. Gase has admitted as much in post game pressers and Sam also stated the same in his post game Monday night. Asked about audibles and changing coverage, he said they don't have audibles for unblocked rushers and it's on him to get the ball out faster. So a very large percentage of the pressures, hits and sacks are a direct result of Gase's play design and not the o line or QB failing to adjust.
Gase refuses to change, look how many times he got Tannehill injured and several backups too in Miami. He refuses to adapt. Max protect, have the TEs block, WRs and RBs can chip and still release for the 3 yard routes he calls. Personnel is bad, but no o line will succeed under Gase without a QB like Brady who can get the ball out in 2 seconds or less.

I hope that I am wrong, but it seems that Gase does not have hot receivers built into the route trees in the event that the opponent uses the zero blitzes used by the Pats. How many times did Sam frantically look downfield only to find that his receivers were running downfield with their backs to the line of scrimmage?
Isn't it amazing that vs every opponent we faced, his play calling was for 2-3 yard routes, yet knowing what the Patriots would bring, he changes to deep routes? Can't make this stuff up.
