He is too old at 72 next year but when we see a younger assistant HC/ scout why not double his salary to get him in the fold. It does not count against the cap & Woody has the money lets hire the best. Yes we need to draft too but why not. Money talks. We could do the same with a top HC too.....

Westoff was literally begging to be HC. Players loved him and he brought old school toughness. Another Jet choke job not hiring him.

The Jets brought in a good OL coach who has had success elsewhere, particularly Dallas. The difference is, the Cowboys took investing in their OL seriously, whereas Maccagnan had not. Douglas will have to rebuild that unit.

Would have hired Westhoff as our coach in less than a second. it's just inconceivable that they didn't even talk to him ever. Another reason why the Jets suck
